Please Wheel Over the Nuts

Here’s a nifty dish to use for nuts, candy, or other nibbles when the girls drop by for a chat.  Yes, the wheel really turns!  The perky red border is printed with glyphs of food-related activities.  Made in Japan, c. 1960.
