Surf Goddess

Back in the day, women used to cover up before leaving the beach.  This cotten romper from the 50s has a matching button-front skirt for shopping and dining after basking in the sun.

I have that EXACT same print. Only it’s in the form of a skirt. I got it at a vintage store in Santa Fe NM. I’ve actually ripped the whole thing apart and I’m going to remake it into…well stay tuned!

Adorable! Is there a tag identifying the manuf/seller?

You know, there is, which is the only reason I bought it – I’m always skeptical that things can be new “vintage.” But I’ll have to look it up…
